We have strict security measures to protect Personal Data.
3.1. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
3.2. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
3.3. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.
3.4. It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when you finish using a shared computer.
4. The Internet
4.1. If you communicate with us using the Internet, we may occasionally email you about our services and products. 4.2. Please remember that communications over the Internet, such as emails and webmails (messages sent through a website), are not secure unless they have been encrypted. Your communications may go through a number of countries before they are delivered - this is the nature of the Internet. We cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of Personal Data that is beyond our control.
4.3. We may use 'cookies' to monitor how people use our site. This helps us to understand how our customers and potential customers use our website so we can develop and improve the design, layout and function of the sites. A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer's hard drive through your browser, to recognise your browser and which records how you have used a website. This means that when you go back to that website, it can give you tailored options based on the information it has stored about your last visit. You can normally alter the settings of your browser to prevent it from accepting cookies.
4.4. If you do not want us to use cookies in your browser, you can set your browser to reject cookies or to tell you when a website tries to put a cookie on your computer. However, you may not be able to use some of the products or services on our website without cookies.
5. Turning Off Cookies in Different Browsers
The Help menu on the menu bar of most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie and how to disable cookies altogether. Additionally, you can disable or delete similar data used by browser add-ons, such as Flash cookies, by changing the add-ons settings or visiting the website of its manufacturer.
6. Links
6.1. The Website may include third-party advertising and links to other websites. We do not provide any personally identifiable customer Personal Data to these advertisers or third-party websites.
6.2. These third-party websites and advertisers, or Internet advertising companies working on their behalf, sometimes use technology to send (or "serve") the advertisements that appear on the Website directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (also known as action tags or single-pixel gifs), and other technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalise advertising content. We do not have access to or control over cookies or other features that they may use, and the information practices of these advertisers and third-party websites are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Please contact them directly for more information about their privacy practices. In addition, the Network Advertising Initiative offers useful information about Internet advertising companies (also called "ad networks" or "network advertisers"), including information about how to opt-out of their information collection.
6.3. We exclude all liability for loss that you may incur when using these third party websites.

INFORMATION COLLECTED:
"Personal Information," as used in this Policy, is information that specifically identifies an individual, such as an individual's name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address. Personal information also includes information about an individual's activities, such as information about his or her activity on our Services, demographic information, such as date of birth, gender, location, and preferences, when any of this information is linked to personal information that identifies that individual.
Anonymous data is information (originally personally identifiable or non-personally identifiable) that subsequently is used in aggregate form. Although anonymous data may be based in part on personal data, it does not identify You personally. We and/or third parties that are providing services in connection with the Services may use anonymous data for a number of purposes, including targeting advertising, research or analysis on our Brand or User demographics, internet usage, and interests and behavior.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
Collection of Voluntarily-Provided Information

We will automatically send Your friend a one-time email or text message inviting him or her to try the Service. By providing email addresses of non-Users, You represent that You have the right to do so and that such information may also be provided to the third party service that You have designated to contact the non-User. We store this information to send this one-time invitation, to register a friend if Your invitation is accepted, and to track the success of our invitation service. Your friend may contact us at [EMAIL_SUPPORT] to request that we remove this information from our database.

If we combine information collected through the use of cookies or clear gifs with any personal information, we would treat this information as personal information. If You wish to block, erase, or be warned of cookies, please refer to Your browser instructions or help screen to learn about these functions. If a browser is set not to accept cookies or if a User rejects a cookie, some portions of the Services may not function properly.

This Policy does not apply to, we have no control over, and we are not responsible for, cookies and/or clear gifs in third party ads, and we encourage Users to check the privacy policies of advertisers and/or ad services to learn about their use of cookies and/or clear gifs and other technology.
Web Analytics. We may use analytics tools to track how You get to our Services and to understand how You use the Services after You arrive, such as the coupons You view and redeem. Although this allows us to see and analyze Your movements around the Services, our systems do not provide a way for that information to be tied to any personal information You choose to give us.
Information from Other Sources
We may receive information about You, including personal information, from third parties and third party Web sites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, etc.) ("Third Party Sites"), in accordance with the policies and terms of such Third Party Sites. We may share Your personal information with companies that provide services to us, including outside contractors or agents who help us manage our information activities, but we limit the personal information that is provided to these service providers to that which is reasonably necessary to provide us with a specific service and we require them to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information.
If we receive information from third parties with whom we have business relationships, we may combine this information with the other personal information we maintain about You. In such case, this Policy governs this combined information.
We may disclose personal information in the good faith belief that we are lawfully authorized or required to do so, respond to any claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Services, our Users, our employees or the public, including without limitation to protect us or our Users from fraudulent, abusive, inappropriate or unlawful use of the Services.
Information You post in Your public profile and to other interactive areas of the Services will be available to other Users and in some cases may be publicly available and You provide that information at Your sole risk. Even after information posted on the Services is removed, caching and archiving services may have saved that information and other Users or third parties may have copied or stored the information.
We may disclose personal information in connection with the reorganization, reincorporation, acquisition, debt financing, merger, sale of our relevant assets or business or similar transaction, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which personal information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets.
We may use the location information that You provide or that we collect to provide content and services to You based on Your location.
We use all of the information that You provide or that we collect and/or aggregate to understand and analyze the usage trends, interests, and preferences of our Users, to improve the way the Services work and look and to create new features and functionality.
HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION:
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the security of Your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information You transmit to us, and You do so at Your own risk and this is not a guarantee that such information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. If we learn of a security breach, then we may attempt to notify You electronically through the contact information that You have provided to us. We may also post a notice on the App and/or the Site if a security breach occurs. Depending on where You live, You may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing.

You may decline to share Your personal information, in which case we will not be able to provide to You some of the features and functionality found in the Services, including providing you with coupons.
You may opt out of receiving promotional and marketing materials by emailing us at [EMAIL_PRIVACY]. However, this shall not affect our ability to send You emails related to Your use of the Services and to use Your personal information as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. It may take up to ten business days for us to process Your "opt out" and You may receive commercial email from us during that period.

If You choose to visit or use any Third Party Sites or third party products or services, please be aware that this Policy will not apply to any information You disclose while using Third Party Site, third party products or services or otherwise interacting with third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these Third Party Sites and third party services. Additionally, the Services may contain links to Web sites and services that we operate but that are governed by different privacy policies. We encourage You to carefully review the privacy policies applicable to any Web site or service You visit other than the Services before providing any personal information on them.
