We are a Yorkshire based camping company specialising in Camping and the Great Outdoors. Our office is based in Doncaster.
We started out in 2009 as a camping directory company www.campingsitesinbritain.co.uk and have grown this to be one of the largest camp site directories on the internet.
In 2012 we decided that we would launch Thecampingoutlet.co.uk, with the simple Motto: If we won’t use the equipment we won’t try and sell you it.
We have some of the great brands that you love and trust, from Gelert, to Outwell, from Nikwax to Pathfinder.
We have a wide range of products on offer from tents, to sleeping bags, from cookers to gadgets.
If we don’t stock it you probably don’t need it for camping.
Delivery:
- We off FREE Standard delivery on all UK orders over the value of £49.98.
- All orders are processed the same day and we use a network of couriers to get your products to you ASAP, usually within 3 - 5 days.
- On certain products - that are store at our main warehouse - we offer a within two working Days delivery service. These are delivered by TNT and you can chose 'Super Fast Delivery' at the checkout.
- Order's must be placed prior to 8pm to be processed that day, otherwise it will be processed the next working day
We are currently working through all the products which are avaliable for Super Fast Delivery and adding the logo, and if the trial is successful we will bring more into our main warehouse.
Returns:
- We want you to be totally happy with the product you have purchased.
- Obviously purchasing a product on the net is risky, you haven't seen it, touched it, that is why we offer on all our product we offer 60 Days returns, if in the 60 days you decided you don't like the product simply contact us and return the product to us. This however does exclude any food / drink products with an expiry date. Please contact us if you wish to return these products.
- Once we have received the item back we will then refund you the cost of the product (Please note we don't refund the cost of postage).
- Some products are excluded from this and these are highlighted on the product pages
Cookies:
- Our website uses temporary internet cookies for several reason.
- It helps to make sure that the correct item is put into the shopping cart (This is standard on the majority of On-line Retail sites).
- Also so that we can monitor what pages and products are viewing, we would hate for you to come to purchase a product and we was out of stock.
Any Item which we claim, on Facebook, Twitter or email to be the cheapest on the internet.
We really have done our research and are the cheapest on the internet, however companies can drop their prices.
If within 7 days of us making the claim to be the cheapest on the net, we will refund you the difference, just send us an email to orders@thecampingoutlet.co.uk with the website address and the value, you must be able to purchase the stock there and then.
